A patient suffering from a stomach disease was brought to Nishtar Hospital, Multan, and died during treatment. The patient’s family has accused the doctors of negligence. The patient’s son claimed that the doctor asked to arrange blood but did not administer it to his mother on time, due to which the mother died.
The hospital administration suspended the house officer doctor who made inappropriate gestures while making a video and assured the affected family that if the doctors are found guilty of negligence, strict action will be taken against them.
